Villa Adriatic is old Castle - completely renoveted. 

Villa Adriatic is located right on the water - no one is in front  - just blue, clear Adriatic sea, in the small bay called Tatinje.

House has 2 bedrooms, each has its own full bathroom (shower, toilet, wash basin) modern kitchen, with dining table, and a huge terrace set up with tables and chairs, lounge chairs -   overlooking the sea and small islands.

We have maid service to clean and change linens every 6 days.

There is a large barbeque for guests to use if they wish.

We also have a laundry room for guests to use if they wish.

There is private parking in front of the villa for all the guests autos or boats.

This is a very quiet location, since we have gardens (olive trees and pine trees) around the property. 

Owners live in house next door.

You can tie up your boat right in front of the house.

There are 3 restaurants 50 m away.  Hotels are 550 m away where you can enjoy  music & dancing at the hotels.
