Description
| Villa Milna was built in the year 2003., in the small village Milna on the island Hvar. It is situated approximately 200 meters from the seashore, on a slight slope with a magic view of the sea and pine trees. Village Milna was founded about 40 years ago, when people form 2 km far away Malo Grablje started coming down and living near the sea, because of the tough life conditions up there. Village Milna has about 100 people, and it is quite tourist place with 8 romantic restaurants next to the sea. The name of the village derives from the word “Milina”, which means pleasure. It is oasis of quite, peace and natural beauty. Coast of this part of the island Hvar is famous for its wide pebble beaches that seem to be hugging the pine trees. The sea is crystal blue, and beaches are well protected from the north winds. CLIMATIC THERAPY represents another benefit of the island Hvar, because throughout the year, particularly from autumn to summer the local micro – climate is very favourable for chronic lung diseases, like: Chronic obstructional disease, asthma, recovering after heavy pneumonia, cough, sinus infections etc. Isolated from any type of pollution, even exhaust gasses this region is offers excellent therapeutic effects. In case of necessity, a medical centre is at hand as well. Pleasant climate, near the town Hvar, cultural and historical monuments and other facility allow us to work during the whole year. In the low season period, we offer discounts for children, retired people, sportsmen, and possibility of paying in rates. Villa Milna is ideal for the guests who love clean sea and sun, sports recreation (tennis, surfing, skiing, diving, …), quite evening walks in the nature, together with quality service and professional stuff. |
