All prices are in Euros, for apartements prices are per day.

The registration and residence tax are not included in the total price.

This apartment is on the first floor. It has a bedroom, a kitchen – living room, a WC with shower, 2 balconies and a terrace.

You can find hair – drier and iron at your disposal.

In this apartment we accept animals (small size).

Possibility of 1 or 2 additional beds.

Extra bed: 5 - 7 euro per person per day

Children till 3 years in the bed with the parents 3,00 euro.

- Pets 3,00 euro.

- Mooring for the boat 2,00 euro.

- Residence taxe 1,00 euro.

- Children from 12 to 18 years pay the 50% of taxes. Children till 12 years don't pay the taxes.

- In the preseazon and in the after seazon children till 6 years don't pay the extra bed.

- For the reservations shorter than 4 days the prices rises the 30%.

- The prices include the bedlinen (once a week), towels and kitchen cloth (change on wish), toilet paper on comming and final cleaning.

- Possibility of laundering by arrangement.
