Kupres is a small western bosnian city located on the eastern side of the
Kupres field. It is a large rugged plateau which extends from the northwest to the southeast, with a height of 1,150 – 1,250m above sea-level and it has a mountainous-alpine climate. At 1,250m above sea-level, it is a
tourist destination for skiiers. Here guests can enjoy their holiday by skiing, sledding, dog-sledding, rides on snowmobiles, and night-skiing. Ski rental is also available. As in winter, the summer months are also a great time for holidays in Kupres. The plateau is perfect of adventurists who enjoy paragliding, mountain climbing, hunting and excursions through nature.
